Before embarking on my PPL training at the start of 2007, i had very little expectation of myself from what the future would hold for me. To gather my thoughts, i switched my transponder off so that i would not appear on any radar and get some time out…flying has made me realise that i can excel at many things. It has also completely recharged my soul and motivated me to realise my full potential in my life, whatever that may be. The best thing about my life is the famliy and friends that I have. I am propably one of the most sociable human beings that i know off. Since staying off the social radar people haven’t known what i have been up to. I have received some amazing replies to the Freedom in the Air newsletter about my solo this week. I feel on top of the world at the moment and it has been a great remember just how great things are but also to recall how dark things can get.
This is a message from a dear whom i have not really seen for maybe a 18 months. It is a brilliant example of the support i am getting. How wonderrful is it to get love from family and friends. It can only help to think.mmmm perhaps i could call NASA and see if they could send me to space – you don’t know unless you ask of try.
