E.G –

VSO = 50 KNOTS
VS1 = 60 KNOTS = FLAP STAGE 3
ASI = 80 KNOTS = FLAP STAGE 2
VFE= 90 KNOTS = FLAP STAGE 1

Generally speaking, your landings should be stabilized approaches terminating with wheels touching the ground in a nose-high attitude at the slowest possible forward speed.
